Shafiq Taibjee the lead consultant is a lawyer by training and has a Bachelors in Social Legal Science (BSL), Diploma in Consumer Protection Laws (DCPL), Diploma in Geopolitics and International Relations (DGIR), Bachelors in Legal Law (LLB), Member Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators registered in The United Kingdom and Kenya and a Certified Professional Mediator.

The International Islamic Centre For Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA) which is an international independent non-profit institution based in Dubai and aims to settle matters in banking, financial and commercial with compliance of Shari’a principals is one of the most important infrastructure body of the Islamic Financial Industry and its legal arm presents the ideal platform for dispute resolution in accordance with the international best practice has appointed Shafiq Taibjee Honorary Fellow(HF) representing Kenya and the 8th appointee worldwide.
